@Justin Rademacher as long as you (or perhaps a spouse) have time freedom (the ability to respond and engage an issue when it arises), a willingness to put in a fair amount of time in the early stages to learn an active business and profitability is more aligned with your goals than protecting your time by outsourcing, then yes it’s totally doable.

We are also open to anyone that has any guidance/advice for the best way to approach this stage in our journey to rehabbing our new building as well as anyone that is currently going through the process and has any good hacks that can help us launch our Airbnb quickly. 

You need to put the customers at the center of what you do and ensure they get the outcome you promised.

Like I said, I am just getting started and am still in the information collection stage of getting this thing off the ground so I am not ready just yet to unleash the awesome marketing capabilities you seem to possess but I do now (and have for a while) have your name down in my notes as a future reference for traversing the acquisitions portion of the business.
