Thus, the comps are crap-boxes in need of massive investment. 

I was a management consultant for about 10 years and one thing about Atlanta I liked was direct connection to most airports so Atlanta would check the box of being close to a regional airport. 

It fits in the same wall box as previous models of Cadet wall heaters or easy to install in a bare wall.

Having the luxury of walking away from a deal that doesn't check all the boxes is a situation most people are not in.

I'm not a fan of waiting for rent checks to arrive in my mail box....nor do I want to provide my mailing location.Thought anyone?
