They will not cover any animal who is aggressive but as long as you have no reason to believe it is they may be an option for you, and they were by far the cheapest when I shopped around.

FDIC took over and valued everything at a penny per thousand dollars, doors chained overnight, coffee and family photos on desks were dumped.Chase got $300 billion in  liquid assets, $400 Billion in real estate holdings, and clients of west coast and Florida branches.

It was an issue I was aware of and willing to accept.Our kitchen sink had been draining slowly since moving in, so I removed the p-traps, stuck a shop-vac in the trap arm to clean out as much sludge as I could, and reinstalled new traps.

I now need to shop around for other coverage as my broker, AIS, cannot find any carrier that will provide us coverage.

I believe having a contract is to be able to enforce it, or else what's the point of having a lease. it's also the fact, they never communicated they were looking to buy a home and they pretty much used this house as a hotel while they shopped for a house.any thoughts would be deeply appreciated!
