Maybe this will be a pain, but can the buyer reach out to all the bookings, cancel them under your seller's account, and then rebook for the same dates and rates under the buyer's account.

If not, try a handyman...they're not in it to sell you a new roof and they really want to fix it as to not go back up on it for a very long time.I've felt your pain...hope this helps.
