One of my really good friends, mentors and business partners Kellie run our Boston group but I will be doing some training for yall.

Ask for help use him as your mentor.

People say you really need a mentor to get started in real estate and avoid making really big mistakes.

If you are going solo, I would recommend first investing in yourself via a multifamily mentoring program, such as those offered by Michael Blank, Craig Haskell, and others. 

It is great that you've figured out what you want and have identified a path of finding a mentor to get there.
