Thanks for the response Bruce, the reason I wanted to do wholesaling originally because you have the opportunity to let's say get into investing with less capital but at the moment, I am going to graduate College (I am residing in Texas like you are and will be hopefully graduating A&M this Spring) and I want to do something that gives me the proper exposure to the real estate industry.

I ask because I would love to avoid the MLS due to inventory and as you stated exposure but would not even begin to know how to find houses other than spending the time to find what look to be vacant properties and then making cold calls.
