Hi Patrick,Yes southern NH is a great market.

@Shannon Wright can assist ... she's out of Southern CA but can her company can serve all 58 counties.. 

I apologize, I don't have any referrals to pass on in the more southern areas, such as Coney Island, Bensonhurst, etc. 

Missy I think is in Southern Ohio market. 

We also have a very good knowledge of the Southern NJ area in terms of local municipalities, current land owners, etc.I wanted to create this post to see if we may connect with anyone that is in need of our knowledge and expertise in the area, or that may benefit from a further conversation as this is of course just the tip of the ice berg!

For the bottom left, changing the garage door (and perhaps the front door) to black and using black gutters and downspouts will give you the nice black and white modern farmhouse design which is so hot right now (at least in southern CA).
