There are a lot of questions you could ask and if you put in "Questions for motivated sellers" in the search box you'll find a boatload of forum posts and a couple hundred blog articles about it.

You type the number in one box and the street in another with no identifer.

And you can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name at the bottom of the message box.

You need to make sure the meters do not freeze- heat tape, boxes over meters, insulation etc.

Have it initially unchecked, but if people want it, they can check the box in the Settings page and it will auto-follow any threads they reply to.

Before you go fishing, better check your bait and tackle box, pretty bad getting to a hot spot and finding out you don't have a hook or know how to tie a knot!
