Here is the problem with tehse guru programs - they are taught by gurus and they almost always have some type of upsell to lure you to.If you want to be a RE investor with a focus on rehabbing or wholesaling, or whatever, then start your learning right here on BP and perhjaps move on to a mentor who is actually doing what you want to do, some course or guru bootcamp will likely not do the job.

I call them back and schedule a property visit with all potential deals (screened against the criteria of my mentor who has 20 years experience and who I partner with 50/50 on the sale).

Its like mentoring but without the big price tag!

It resembles this forum in that attendees of all different levels and backgrounds who share their knowledge, leads and mentoring.
