I have been looking at Priority Probate System by Rob Swanson and it looks like I should have been studying this, learning probate lingo, laws, etc. and building my success team of Probate Attorney, Real Estate Agent, and Title Company already before opening my mouth about being an investor.

We got 2 of our deals through that effort, another from word of mouth from one of our sellers, and another from a tax deed auction.

I'd much rather that vs. her get a bad taste in her mouth about me and muddy my reputation.

If you want to take thier (Fannie Mae Mtg managers) word for it and whimp out every time some jerk at Fannie Mae, opens thier mouth like some God, go right ahead, swallow it hook line and sinker!

It wasn't hard to refund the money, but it was hard to turn down the first applicants who put their money where their mouth was.

i have to constantly put myself in check because when i see the houses going up in the south and the prices, my mouth drops.

I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth like most you investors I started with nothing and know what it takes to make something out of nothing I'm 25 I own my own home and 2 apartment buildings have flipped 4 houses not to mention building and selling 5 hot rods.
