@Karen Margrave Actually a federal appeals court in California ruled that taking pictures of people through their windows is legal as long as your not standing on their property.

As for CA, I don't think they have much lagging inventory compared to its neighbor LV.

My specific questions are:-What banks and/or lenders should I approach in my area (CA)?

I am based in southern california, but I"ll be out in TN within 2 months to network at any local REIA.

I might be able to go to San Diego, California which I don't know anything about.One thing that makes San Diego very appealing is that there are a lot of REI meetup groups, where Anchorage only has one consisting of 4 beginner flippers.
