Here's the link for the licensed schools in MA for Pre Licensing. http://www.mass.gov/ocabr/licensee/dpl-boards/re/c...I don't see any prelicensing courses coming up soon at NorthCentral Realtor  Board in Fitchburg or The NorthEast Board in Westford BUT CMAR in Auburn has prelicensing classes starting 2/20 if ya wanna trek down to Central MA! 

Wholesalers (like me) who find deals/seller often partner with other wholesalers who can provide the other link in the transaction (buying party).

I have lots of questions and I am trying to write them all and read and listen as much as I can but I think linking up with local people will be wonderful.
