Hello all,I am brand new to investing and have been reading and listening to books and podcasts say that you need to go out and look at houses and talk to people to learn your market.

I have had a couple guys approach me unsolicited about selling and may make that decision within a couple of years.

We've been chatting with insurance brokers and a couple things have come up that I'm not sure about and don't know if they brokers really know either.The property will be owned in the LLC's name.

There are a couple firms that cover the Forest Hills area.

If they answer 'yes' or something similar you have a couple ways you can make that happen, depending on the underlying mortgages on the property (explained briefly below).
