If you want to do a deep dive into the niches like notes, MHPs, tax sales ect, BP can be hit or miss and there are better resources/communities.

Is there any book that dives into this?

DFW can be overwhelming for newer investors but all you have to do is study and dive into this world!

I would say start out small and get your feet wet before you dive into the pool.

I am frustrated that I can't dive into this more than I have due to my current financial obligations and a job that I love (and will love until I leave to continue my investments).Now that I've said too much, please understand my question.
