After finishing up my auto program I started out working in the shops.

Places like Myrtle Beach, Jackson Hole, and other tourist destinations have the catch of being nice places to visit aesthetically, filling a niche (beach, skiing) and are filled with local shops and a hospitality industry that can accommodate tons of visitors.

With my partner gone and a weed shop moving in I wasn’t sure I wanted my office there anymore anyway, so we worked out a deal for a lease option.

Maybe build a shop with living quarters and let buyers build there own houses on parcels sold and maybe rent out some of the the other shop houses (Barndominiums) parcels for cash flow.

I was able to negotiate a longer closing time which gave me time to shop the deal to my other partners.

Our government encourages shopping around with different lenders, so if the credit report is obtained by multiple mortgage companies within a close time period---let's say a month, the effect on the credit score will be minimal.

So, my hope is that I have found a good source of information.The Idea:So, the nutshell version is a coffee shop (potentially with pre-baked pastries) at the end of a strip mall where I can also have a drive thru. 

In 2015, we completed the 2.5-mile Riverwalk which connects multiple arts / cultural centers with public parks and dining and shopping options.
