So I was going to write a post trying to find pros/cons of setting up a Whole Life Policy to be my own bank (while still collecting interest on money that's not there) then I found this post and saw amazingly-conflicting information over a 3-4 year span and was very fascinated!  

Also, you don't want to cause conflict with your PM (assuming that they're good and you're happy).

I test drove Buildium, but have received a bunch of conflicting feedback and am not sold yet on their company.

Certainly their ability to pay is an important factor but so is: their track record of treating the property with respect, being drama free and getting along with the neighbors (or at least not causing conflict with the neighbors).

Hello fellow investors and questioners of NWA...I too have my own situation or conflict with NWA here in the Philadelphia market.I recently met with their office manager, rep in their offices, signed their disclosure document and went through their deal structures just so I could be added to their list and see what they have. 

I hope that once I'm a paying member I'll get some good guidance as I have many questions and for every question you post online you get a bunch of responses and those responses usually conflict with one another. 

I would look at maybe moving out myself for a few months in order to avoid conflict and avoid poking the bear.
