I am looking to rent out my property but am new to this business so Im looking for a seasoned professional to guide me in the right direction anyone body know any good companies or professionals in Michigan?

Since this discussion I have expanded my horizons and am now looking to potentially break out but into other markets that are not necessarily in my back yard but I can still get to if need be, say, markets like MI, IN, OH surrounding.

We've helped many investors invest strategically out of state where the numbers make sense in MI & many other states.

Let's say though most of the tenants have been in the unit for years and rent was 30%-40% below most of its nearby competitors (within 5 mi) but there are places that offer rent in that range but they are 20 mi away (a 40 min drive).
