There are a lot of phases to go thru until the restrictions are lifted and unfortunately, the Tahoe Basin has very limited hospital beds and probably a lot of locals that are not anxious to bring this unknown virus to them.

Here is also some advice for real estate investors, always check your RE Agent and their property management licenses, many are personally licensed but are not even aware of the requirement to license their businesses - stay far away from these companies and don't let the RE Agent pull the bait and switch by offering to personally manage your properties and then switch to an unknown and unlicensed entity.

Also the seller should give you a Sellers disclosure form that you review and both sign.. this talks about any known or unknown defects of a wide variety.. this is one of the benefits of using an agent they are used to this form.you can hire and agent for a fee no doubt if you call around if you want some help with it..

A first-timer or unknown player wouldn't have been awarded the deal, they would have simply been outbid and then posted on BP that you can't find deals with this type of conservative underwriting!
