Tampa has MacDill airforce base, several universities, and Moffitt Cancer Center.Not sure as sure about what big businesses Orlando offers to be fair on this one.

And professionally it's a product I've built my business around!

@Priti GuptaYes, from an accounting and tax return preparation standpoint it is better to have a business bank account and a business credit card from the beginning if you plan on collecting rent. 

I'm debating on growing my own business from the ground up or potentially starting a franchise.
