Welcome to BP , I believe your getting at a young age is outstanding , and there's  no limit to where you can end up. there is a lot of different facets to real estate that can be daunting. but find one thing and get as go as you can and the move on to the next . but ultimately you have to take action.to your success

I have already talked to HOA, no outstanding balance as of Dec 1, no rental restrictions, etc...I don't want to be seen as "the guys who asked all these questions" and get eliminated because of that.But once they put ink on the offer and have accepted me mentally as the buyer, during my 15 day inspection period I can make them and the listing agent aware...from the angle of me trying to do all I can to save the deal and not waste time.
