With all of the incentives available for homebuyers today, not to mention the best buyers' market I can remember in my lifetime (and I'm not a youngster), I think it is a great time to be in this space.My partner and I plan to start by finding JV partners to do some deals with so that we can build our cash flow to the point where we can go it alone on some deals.
