Like paint, maybe some new countertops, minor wall repairs.im a huge fan of the brrrr method but with like 30k to start it’s just not feasible because you will need about 40-50k in cash to pull it off. what I’d really recommend is house hacking with what you have.

really depends on where your at in Oregon City.go into public works and make sure your sewer is gravity and sized big enough.. and your water etc.some lots IN OC are just not feasible to split.  

That would definitely be feasible if this were more typical Milwaukee duplex, as they usually have a walk-up attic. 

It is very feasible with most of the scenarios we are presented with by would-be JV partners that some sort of indirect benefit exists, such as enabling one party to participate in a transaction they would not be able to do otherwise.

Hi Joshua,Speaking from experience in WA state, which may differ from RI, you should write an offer with a "Feasibility Contingency" of 30-60 days and then ask some questions at the city zoning/planning department.  

Granted, ever since the spring of 2015 I have been exploring various ways of making money (photography business, stock trading...) and had taken numerous action steps but nothing seemed feasible as I waded into the unknown, nor were they aligning with my strengths and passions.But.Real Estate.The Potential.I immediately searched out and attended several REI clubs in the Houston area, witnessed a couple case studies by 'average people working day jobs' and my mind was blown.

Hi BP, I recently got an idea, but I'm starting to doubt that it is feasible,  and it may not even be legal for all I know.

I am trying to see if I can add another bathroom (either half or full on to the master) but I think it will not be feasible with my budget and the market for the house.

Not sure it is feasible or even possible to do complete background checks, credit checks or the like without some sort of online/cloud service any more.
