So my conclusion on the balloons is that in 1985 they made balloons with ingredients they don’t allow anymore and my 1985 balloon this weekend felt just like 1985.And now I’m sitting on the kitchen floor leaning against the cabinets typing this message.

What he told me is that when he has inspected apartment units previously, he has checked all of the electrical, including all the outlets, pulls the breaker box, checks every aspect of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, attics, roof, foundation, ventilation, shelves, cabinets, appliances, etc.; basically, everything for your typical home inspection.

My advice and what I like to do is to assemble my own team and find individual sub contractors and make a team of 4 guys, 1 painter/sheetrock worker, 1 carpenter for trim, doors and cabinets, etc, 1 guy with experience in plumbing and 1 with experience in electric connections. have 1 to take the lead in their trade and have the other 3 help him out.

The all solid maple wood cabinets were $2100 installed myself and the granite counter tops were $281 for the 26"x 96" slab and the island slab was $487.
