My experience with the ridiculously popular white cabinets is not good, even in my own bathroom the frames yellowed horribly.

We looked at places in some of the better neighborhoods that seem to be popular for vacation rentals.

Unfortunately they live in a very popular / expensive area and as a single person I am finding it very difficult to find something.

Boilers are very common in Minneapolis and most tenants don't have any issue with window ACs. 1960's side by side duplexes tend to be very popular because they are considered "newer" and were generally built well. 

Keep in mind the more popular markets have the most people looking for seller leads too.

Because I live in a popular market I still don't see deep discounts on the horizon anytime soon so I am currently trying to figure out what my bare minimum requirements are for a long-term hold.

Leadpops seems be a popular pick.

IF that becomes reality, I could see them becoming more popular but I don't think they will become the standard. 

Close to a community college, a popular biking and running trail and outdoor activities, and I think a big hitter is that it's so close to major highway access I-70 as well.
