Hello BiggerPockets people,Closed on my first two-family last month, and want to install washers and dryers in each unit.

Rent washers & dryers?

Both washer and dryer are only one year old so in great condition.

I am trying to figure out if I should furnish it, install kitchenette, and washer dryer......any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I had a 15 minute (free-thank you Maxable) phone consult with her (I think it was her) about a month ago and she wasn't sure about the new/existing issue regarding solar.

Based on your comments, I am going to:Cut the shrub & grassPressure washer certain parts of the front as the shrub is covering some exterior discoloring Depersonalize throughout the house, while also reducing some of the furnishings Take new pics & likely reduce my price Hope I can get through everything this weekend!

each unit is around 450 sq. ft no washer and dryer and in a older c-class neighborhood.

Everything is going very well besides the tenants are putting too much clothes in the washers.

Upgraded bathrooms, added a dishwasher, new washer/dryer, new heating/air conditioning, paint through inside and reinforce of basement wall.
