It is very similar to stainless steel but better to maintain (no finger print residue, easy toclean and always looks nice)

Problem is, my broker (also my best friend), specializes in residential and has simply thrown the suite up on loopnet ONLY fielding phones calls with his fingers crossed.  

We've got our fingers crossed and praying this will be resolved within 18 months. 

Brian has finger in a ton of different pies and is looking for the right margins to determine whether it's a deal.

Hello allI have a scenario to run by you and I know what most will say but I just want it to make sense as to why I would pass when my trigger finger keeps wanting to pull the trigger :)Portfolio of rentals for sale, 14 Duplex units and 1 Single Family in Timbuk (names have been changed to protect the innocent) yes they aren't in the greatest area which isn't good I know but they have all been upgraded new roofs etc. 90% occupied at moment asking 580k for all.

Both pointed fingers to the bank and the insurance company noted on the engineers executive summary and said they would need to approve a release.I spent some time on the phone with the insurance company, gave them the claim# and address and finally they came back and said that by law they could only release this to the previous owners.

Then just this last week, lightening struck, and we got an offer and its going into escrow, not closed yet so cross your fingers!

You will never get rid of their fingers out of your hut!
