They are a legit company, but there really isn't all that much information on them from agents who have partnered with them.The training is supposedly very good though, so they might be worth joining if you are new to it all.

You aren't supposed to cut directly on it and I don't know if people refrain. 

I have experience in real estate wholesaling but would like to expand to doing flips, rentals etc. eventually to get into this full time. if no experience is an issue then how else are you supposed to get experience?
