Most investors are very easy to talk to and understand because they were at where you are.

How difficult or easy has it been to get tenants secured in that area?

I knew legislation made CD for residential property too risky with violations too easy and consequences too harsh with compliance too difficult and uncertain so no attorney or title company will get involved.  

The culture shock hit us immediately, and we struggled at first—it wasn’t easy, but we were committed.Unfortunately, that initial investment didn’t pan out.

I personally have been an investor in Chattanooga since 2021 and the market has shown tremendous growth and strength, and I'm super optimistic for the future.

For many of these hybrid and remote employees today, the main attraction to living in and around a major city like D.C. is the easy access to retail and entertainment areas, especially experience and community-focused retail areas.

They make ordering items from different companies easy, and you get discounts from each store that has partnered with them.

Its not as easy but once you are up in running you are building a brand, equity in your business, and also constant flow of leads.
