I read your post a few hours ago and started thinking about. 

I am hoping to get a few tips on first, how do you get the conversation started with leasing companies or agents?   

I too never thought about a houseboat community until I owned a houseboat myself and started thinking of ways to make the investment make sense.

I was wondering how other people managed to start scaling their business faster. did you guys work with partners or do any deals?
