What form of contact do you prefer (email or phone)?  

As Corina mentioned above, our clients with multiple properties use a digital receipt capture to identify which expenses go to which property -- which can be done straight from your phone, if that's easy.

Sometimes I received phone calls from angry note sellers who want to be removed from their list or want to let me know that their husband or dad had died and the family had already sold the note.

Other have mentioned this but you can rent out your home for something above market - that would be between you and the operator and whatever makes sense for both of you.Would be happy to hop on the phone and chat more about it and answer any questions you might have!

You don't need gig speed for this, just enough to connect and control from your phone. 

Any advice would be appreciated..before I meet a stranger from Craigslist  Hey,I have connected with a lot of random investors on the internet and would encourage to jump on the phone with them first and ensure as best as possible they are legit and not a scammer.

They have millions of slaves and indentured servants who make our I-phone 16's, and almost everything Americans buy at Wal-Mart and Costco, but still their stocks can't catch a sustained BID. 

I would ask Stessa directly for help but their business model seems to be to advertise "Priority Phone Support" but force you to wait 2 month to make a phone appointment. thanks in advance
