I remember in 06’ and 07’ the same “professional economists” were saying the same thing as they are now.

Just remember: most negative reviews are written by problematic tenants.

I don't remember what the brand is, but it was a very thin click-lock from Home depot.  

Remember, this is business.

Balancing growth with liquidity can feel like threading a needle...I remember a friend of mine, Lisa, who was in a similar spot.

She had the money, yet chose immediate gratification over improving her long-term financial stability.Always remember, THEY ARE TENANTS FOR A REASON!

They will appreciate that more than what some companies tell you do which is garbage.Just remember, when you are mailing off-market, usually terms are more important than price.

You have to remember that you are new, you are unlikely to uncover something new about your market right now so that pocket of homes might have potential being close to development, but other investors are already on or off it for a reason.

Remember, grow slow and sturdy, then explode with growth.
