Even if we break even with passive income on this first deal, it'd be a pleasure to have free rent.I'd love to hear from anyone who pursued this path or is living it now.

It's simply a thrill to help another learn and grow in a way they will be unable to do without you helping them.But...mentoring is only as pleasurable as it can be if the mentee executes the information that you take the time to provide.

And to add I'm an autodidact so I enjoy the pleasure of learning.

I hope you all had the pleasure of hanging out with family and friends yesterday (and not working!)

I will spend more time with my children and grandchildren and to do more traveling for pleasure.

Best advise I have heard is keep your business and pleasure separate.
