I believe some of their people are likely here on the forums and can jump in, they also had a booth and sponsorship at last years BP con so if you went you may have seen them.I came across the service because I had a client who was going to self manage, and wanted me to lease the units for him, and the property was a mixed use building with his business operating out of the ground floor. 

It’s all about surrounding yourself with like-minded people who have the same goals, and you’re definitely in the right place with BP for that.

One way would be to get the real estate under contract, then bring an experienced partner in who also has access to capital, and stay in the deal as a minority equity partner.

There's always gonna be poor people and those poor people are always gonna need a place to live.

I don't feel there is one answer to this question as every property is different and what are your goals, how much time do you have to manage, what are your strengths when it comes to working the trades, people skills, etc as that will help drive towards your super power.

At least we know with 10 or so people using the account, all the credits will get used monthly. 

I’ve currently got a 3/3 and generally there’s 2 of us living here but when my daughter and family come visit, 5-6 people having even more than 3 bathrooms would be a plus.

I assume many people here do their own cleaning when they got started so maybe it’s well known by people who aren’t me?
