I think people can definitely get rich quick.

I saw one post where someone mentioned using AppFolio’s bulk upload with a custom spreadsheet, but I imagine there are a lot of different ways people do this.I feel like I might be overcomplicating things, so I’d love to hear how others handle it.

You can also get away with higher fee's in places where people are drinking or out on the town.

Take people's advice and also dont take people's advice, make a decision that best fits your situation.

Im in college so I meet new people everyday and that alone is a huge resource.

I've had people put down $30,000 or even up to $50,000 as an option fee.

In my area people are generally only house hacking duplexes or houses with ADUs.
