Many flippers hit pause, many newer flippers haven't caught on to why they can suddenly buy deals and I worry they will be stuck holding the bag.

Heck, even the Wells Fargo rep told me they used to do it, but they 'paused' due to COVID.

(main reason to use mp3 instead of podcast apps is to use audiobook apps that are good at pausing, rewinding, bookmarking, etc.)

To be honest with you, the layoffs and pay freezes will give pause to large home purchases that that segment of the population would make in a great oil price environment.

I certainly have several significant real estate investors and clients that have temporarily 'paused' their searches in observance of economic conditions, but most of my mentors and $100M+ developer friends are forging ahead. 

The sheriff's officer conducting the auction will typically ask the winning bidder if he/she intends to bid on the next property in which case the sheriff's officer will take a short pause until the bidder is finished putting down their deposit so they can participate in the bidding on the next property.
