@Russell Brazil I had to explain this to numerous people this past weekend.

Mountains, lakes, woodlands and the Tennessee River accommodate numerous recreational activities.

Or report the tenants to the proper department.If there are consequences when they are reported, then after numerous warnings & citations they may move.

While I have good cleaning people, numerous handi-persons and licensed contractors, their availability is not  24/7/365 I have to pinch-hit on guest issues and repair problems when the support staff is unavailable.We often find problems, broken, stained, damaged & missing items, during turnovers that have to be dealt with quickly.

RE markets are efficient and based on numerous criteria. 

I was thinking that I would want to build a team in a market before I buy anything, so I wanted to evaluate 2-3 property managers ahead of time, to find the best fit.I have not thought of the tire-kicker perception it might create, so I will have to consider ways to mitigate that.Thanks for the tip!

While you may receive numerous inquiries from individuals casually browsing listings, focus your time and energy on serious prospects.

The only experience I've had with PPR is that they have not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them from their website, so I couldn't tell you anything about them other than they are most likely way understaffed.
