I am wondering what resources exists within BP for Canadian investors?

Private financing would be an investor, investing their own capital and lending you the funds with their terms.

The primary role of cashflow for young investor is to cover holding costs, and create a payment stream that allows the investor to sell a bond (aka short the currency).

There are likely some that have a lot of investors.

Depending on what type of investor you are what your goals are you will learn more from the forum than from their bootcamp- which if it only proffers one investment strategy really is not worth the money.  

To get started, define your investment strategy, run cash flow and ROI calculations, network with local investors, and explore financing options like DSCR loans or HELOCs.Good luck!
