Guessing under one-month of rent?

Meanwhile, I would guess technically when they cannot refinance after 5 years, you now have the cost of foreclosing on the property, however its done, right? 

@Melissa Thompson   I’m guessing those accounts were deleted by BP admins because they violated forum rules (didn’t disclose affiliation with said company or impersonation being the most likely violation).  

My guess is this is a short term passion that will fade.

I’m guessing there must be differences in the terms in Canada vs USA.  

Guys take it for payment so it functions like a currency I guess.  

I guess we could maybe have the builder agree to the cost of the build and if we sell for more or less then the profits would go up and down based upon the selling price.

I’m guessing the process of valuation and creating legal shares was a bit more involved than Marcos had expected.

If not, you can always increase the rent to market value, but my guess is it being California, there are limits to rent increases.

I guess in cases of infidelity that can be a natural mind set.
