They have a main meeting in Ambler, PA but they also have subgroups all over the South Eastern PA area (including the Chester County subgroup in West Chester).

Hello all,I have a quick question for anyone who has invested in real estate in southern Delaware and/or the eastern shore of Maryland.Have you noticed any areas/towns that are better for rentals than others?

With time, that may spill-over into the eastern parts to drive some appreciation upside.

Any 3-plex in comparable condition and location would set the floor for a 4-plex.It's a competitive market everywhere in eastern MA.
