I’m all ears!

I only have small bits of advice in REI, but I've built successful companies in the past so can talk your ear off about that side of things.Anyways, thanks for reading and please reach out!

I am looking forward to putting my ear buds in during work and giving this a listen.

A few things I would suggest is to put in an inspection contingency, have a realtor you trust to help make sure the transaction runs smoothly and have someone you know attend the inspection to be your eyes and ears.

Does anyone have a useful tool to carry around keys that isn't just a standard key ring?

Go on any site look for a house and ask a question, they wont stop ringing down your phone.3.

I also understand that it might be a case of the city simply saying "no," and 'Id have to consider a plan B.If anyone has a contractor to recommend, or is a contractor themselves, I'm all ears. 

I invest locally and just keep my ear open.
