Smart and well-capitalized consumers hate "tell me" advertising and only work with "show me" advertisers. 

Because it’s to difficult and time consuming to obtain, and when you do it’s just as likely to be false, or incomplete.  

Sounds like a healthy deal.

Consumers are always looking across an array of platforms you wouldn't expect. 

But I have had some success finding  a few that have lower minimums and provide healthy returns with a much shorter commitment timeline vs DSTs. 

Compensation has always been fully negotiable, but that has not always been transparent to the consumer.

With the recent changes from the National Association of Realtors there is a lot of consumer confusion out there.
