TK vendor buys war zone property, fixes it up some, claims numbers that are beyond unreal, and then market it to west coast folks.West coasters, deciding that 200k down on a 500k property and zero cash flow at home is a bad idea, see properties advertised for $60-80k that rent for $800 a month.

I believe I have a better 'approach' than this "buy -n- hold" mentality that remains almost entirely beholden to whims of a highly controlled and regulated "casino play..." just like the rest of their "what goes UP, must come down, roller coaster" games.
