I agree, as I understand it defaulting corporate debt should be the culprit this time around, then the dominos will start to fall with cutbacks, layoffs and eventually unemployed homeowners having to sell, flooding the market with inventory and values heading down the roller coaster track.

I became very good at poker ( after years of effort and a roller coaster of emotion), and I'm today considered by many, one of the absolute best, if not the best heads up players in poker in the world online.

There's no telling what's going to happen with interest rates - we're currently on a roller coaster while wearing a blindfold.
