I suggest that you google Anthony Ramos from Century 21.

We are out of the Century 21 Shaw Realty Group in New Tampa.

The style is mid-century modern, which is very popular here. 

I know a realtor in Ankeny at Century 21 named Thomas Payne, and he's worked with a few investors before.

But I like old school looks in my century old rowhouses.

I am new to REI but I live in Flint, MI and my house was under $70K (mid-century modern behind a major teaching hospital and less than 10 minute drive to 4 colleges / universities).

I'm afraid I must have to disagree with Rich Dad, Poor Dad in the core Bay Area cities, provided that you can handle owning it for a decade or so.The worst time to buy a home in the Bay Area, in the last 75 years or so, was 2007, right before the crash of the century.

Most of the duplexes and 4plexes built around the turn of the century in Indianapolis are converted SFR so it might be grandfathered.

As far as the impending crash that may or may not be true but I have been commuting to the west side( Westfield century city mall renovation project)  daily and pass by downtown Los Angeles on the 10 interchange I can tell you their is a ton of work happening there and on the west side right now with all the cranes up I counted 9....

I've successfully obtained my Florida Real Estate License, paid all the dues for the board, MLS, etc, and joined an exciting team with Century 21.
