There's only like a billion of them

Why would you expect to get free education when you go into a career where you are responsible for managing Billions of dollars, multiple projects, analysis and execution from that analysis, manage rehab projects, etc...You don't need to spend any money to get this, but you will be limited in what you get in return. 

We are on the same page.I'm limited to working with institutional investors only, as we are hitting that $10 billion threshold where I'm subject to CFPB rules and regulations. 

Mind you this is a multi billion dollar fund, so I don't think the average joe investor would get the same option.
