Some properties have a higher probability of appreciating faster than others.

Keep that low interest mortgage on your home as long as possible.As an aside, and to grow even faster, always keep the mindset that “everything is for sale for a price”.  

My Fiance and I are very familiar with the arbitrage model, however the main benefit of the course would be to scale faster than we could alone.
