@Jackson Pontsler  There are a wide variety of responses as there are a wide variety of wholesalers, so there's no broad-brush answer to that question.For those who are out there to find deals by taking advantage of desperate, or uneducated people, yes, I have a problem with that. 

There is a variety of ways to invest your money, real estate by far to me is the safest bet and Oh the tax write offs should be more than a good motivation by itself.

There is ample support for a variety of niches but having invested in both SFR and MF, I prefer MF syndications.
