I have coaching clients who have had good success in other markets depending upon your goals. 

Both cities get so much negativity, you can even see it on here, so I'm happy anytime either city has some success.  

I’ve been looking into the Huntsville market recently and was wondering if anyone has had recent success in the area?

There is nothing more annoying that paying $1200 just to hear a sales pitch and be told that the only thing that will allow you to be successful is to sink a ton of cash into the advanced training. 

Don't know what their success is, but I see 3 places all lined up in Denison near downtown.

I personally think you can successfully market both your property management (PM) and buy/sell real estate services under one brand if you position them correctly.

And in order to defer all tax you must purchase at least as much as the aggregate net sales price of your properties.These all can seem daunting but in my experience exchanges are more successful than not.
