Does anyone have good experience with a STR in Cabo San Lucas in Mexico? 

I’m stationed in San Diego and bought another house as a primary residence.

We have 4 San Diego area STRs.  2 happen to be an about a mile from the beach.  

2- I am also looking at Lenar homes in Plum Creek, Kyle and Whisper in San Marcos.
