Hello BP returning to the forums after a long layoff.

Lately they have not paid rent for 3 months (partner lost job due to covid layoffs, and so we were willing to work with them)We started eviction process through lawyer in July-August and have first court hearing soon. 

I started testing Mogul Networking and I like it so far.In one episode of the podcast it was mentioned to make a layoff list. 

There’s a labor shortage, but layoffs are already starting to happen and the fed wants more jobs lost to get back to normal.  

It’s much harder to move to greener pastures than if you’re renting.)but would it be enough to cause massive layoffs?
