We cried laughing.Best one was a small village in Austria (F**king) that we came across driving through it to our destination Hallwang. 

I own a single family home in Valley Village and I owe 150K on the property and my pay off date is in 9 years.

I'd say things are looking up there.What do you all think about the Forest Hill, Everman, EdgeCliff Village and Kennedale areas?

Currently I rent in Elmwood and I love living in the village!

@Kyle Kelley Wilmot Ohio, small village (next to Amish country) of about 300 people back then, just 10-15 miles south of Massillon/Canton area But I have been to Sandusky Fishing and of course Cedar Point!

My Father and his wife live 1 hour north of you near The Villages.  

In many, such as Century Village, the largest you can't rent till you've lived there for 1 year.

But lots of rentals listed in the 10-15 year old track home vinyl villages that are all located on the outskirts of town, which are most likely foreclosure buy ups, as this town was hit hard during the recession.

water/landscaping/village liens, IRA liens, property taxes, mechanic (ie, contractor) liens to name a few.Make sure you don't buy a 2nd lien.
